This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) is entered into between VTI3.net (hereinafter referred to as “VTI3.net” or “us” or “we”) and the individual (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) using the services provided by VTI3.net. Before the User begins to use the services provided by VTI3.net, please read this Agreement carefully, especially the provisions regarding exemption or limitation of liability, applicable law, and dispute resolution. Among them, the provisions concerning exemption or limitation of liability and contact information will be highlighted in bold for your attention, and you should read them carefully.

Unless you fully accept all the contents of this Agreement, you have no right to download, install, register, or use the services provided by VTI3.net. This Agreement includes the following terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise specified, the terms used in this Agreement have the same meanings as defined in Article 1 (Definitions).

1. Definitions

“Authorized Device” refers to the mobile phone, computer, or other devices that can be used to access and use the services.
“Content” refers to the code, content, fonts, graphics, designs, documents, or materials created or imported by the User in the service.
“Documentation” refers to the technical materials provided by VTI3.net in electronic form, describing how to use and operate the services.
“Services” refer to all proprietary services provided by VTI3.net, including but not limited to downloadable desktop and app products, tools, and other resources.
“User” refers to the natural person accessing and using the services provided by VTI3.net.

2. General

2.1 Eligibility

By using our services and signing this Agreement, the User acknowledges that they are an adult with the legal capacity to enter into this user agreement as a competent party under applicable law. They also agree to be legally bound by the terms of this Agreement, including the Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.

2.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Any such changes will be effective upon posting on the website or when the User uses the services. It is the User’s responsibility to carefully review this Agreement each time they use the services, and by continuing to use the services, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

2.3 Compliance with Applicable Laws

The User’s relationship with VTI3.net and the use of any services may be subject to the laws, regulations, and rules (referred to as “Applicable Laws”) of the User’s jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of VTI3.net’s government or regulatory authorities. By entering into this Agreement, the User agrees to comply with all Applicable Laws.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use the services provided by VTI3.net, the User needs to register and create an account on the login interface.

Create Password: The User will set a password during registration. This password is required for future access.
Seed Phrase Setup: To enhance account security, the system will generate a random Seed Phrase as a backup in case the User forgets their password. The Seed Phrase is stored locally on the User’s device and encrypted with the password.
Accessing Services: Users will use their password or Seed Phrase to log in and manage their account securely.

3.2 Account Security

Each account and password are strictly bound to a single individual. Sharing one account among multiple individuals is prohibited. All Users must be natural persons. The use of automated systems, such as bots, to register accounts is not allowed.

4. Access to Services

4.1 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use VTI3.net in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

4.2 Identification

You must properly safeguard all identification associated with the services. You are fully responsible for the security of any information related to such identification and agree that VTI3.net is not liable for any unauthorized access or any damages you may suffer as a result.

4.3 Compliance

Access to the services is subject to creating a User account and complying with our onboarding process and compliance requirements. This includes submitting personal identification information such as name, email address, and government-issued identification for verification. If the User does not wish to store this information, they may contact us for deletion, which may result in a loss of functionality.

4.4 Termination

VTI3.net may, at any time and for any reason, close, terminate, enable, or disable any portion or all of the services. If you violate this Agreement, VTI3.net reserves the right to take appropriate measures, including blocking access or reporting illegal activities to law enforcement.

5. Risks

All transactions involving digital assets carry significant risks. Prices and values may fluctuate rapidly and can even fall to zero. Users should carefully assess whether these services are suitable for their financial situation. VTI3.net does not provide investment advice and is not responsible for any losses incurred.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights and content related to VTI3.net are owned by us and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may only use such materials for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of materials from VTI3.net without express written consent is prohibited.

7. Liability and Indemnification

VTI3.net is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the services, including but not limited to losses caused by unauthorized access, hacking, or force majeure events.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless VTI3.net and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the services, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of third-party rights.

8. Confidentiality

Any confidential information disclosed between the parties shall remain the property of the disclosing party and must be protected from unauthorized disclosure.
Disclosure of confidential information is permitted only to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, with prior notice provided to the disclosing party where possible.

9. Other Provisions

9.1 Force Majeure

VTI3.net is not liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

9.2 Taxes

Users are responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes related to their use of the services.

9.3 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

9.4 Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.

10. Legal Applicability and Dispute Resolution

The establishment, effectiveness, performance, and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the French Republic. Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent court in the registered location of VTI3.net.

11. Updates

We may update this Agreement from time to time. By continuing to use the services after updates are posted, Users agree to be bound by the revised terms.
